Soulful Rubber wasn’t born from theory. It came out of lived experience. Me, Kesha Phillips, navigating the messy middle between big vision and everyday execution. I’ve been the designer, the strategist, the one catching brand inconsistencies before they hit send. And I’ve seen up close what happens when growing agencies don’t have the creative support they need.

The patterns became hard to ignore: brilliant consultants, strong strategy, but branding that falls apart in the follow-through. Decks rebuilt from scratch. Visuals off-brand. Creative workflows duct-taped together just to get things out the door.

So I built Soulful Rubber to change that.

We’re not here to win awards or drop buzzwords. We’re here to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to your brand’s daily grind. To make sure the outside matches the excellence happening behind the scenes.

At first, it looked like a design problem: logos that didn’t land, decks that felt off. But as we worked with more mission-driven organizations and agency teams, we realized it went deeper. The real issue? Disconnected systems, unclear messaging, and creative that wasn’t built to scale.
What We Did:
We evolved from a creative studio into a full-scale creative operations partner. Now, we help consulting agencies bring consistency to their brand execution, clarity to their messaging, and structure to their design processes, so their teams can move faster, communicate better, and show up stronger.

We didn’t pull “Soulful Rubber” out of a hat. It came from watching smart, mission-driven teams do incredible work… while fighting daily battles with scattered visuals, half-baked templates, and brand decks that change with every deadline.

We kept asking:
How do you build a brand that holds up under pressure, adapts without losing itself, and still feels like something real?
That’s when it clicked.

  • Soulful → Because branding should mean something. It should carry your voice, your story, and your values—not just fill space on a slide.
  • Rubber → Because you need a brand that bends without breaking. One that stretches to meet tight turnarounds, client needs, and growth—without snapping under the weight of it all.

We’re a small team that moves like a big one. Designers, thinkers, systems nerds – brought together because we care about doing good work that actually works.

We’re not into cookie-cutter anything. We build teams around what you need, not what’s convenient. That means if a project calls for a pitch deck queen, a motion designer, or someone who lives and breathes Canva… we’ve got them.

We don’t waste time. We don’t need micromanaging. And we definitely don’t play about your brand.
